[Steven Trustrum] I imagine, considering WotC is the license’s originator rather than a third party, their lawyers have told them there are some aspects of the license that will not apply to them. I’m not a lawyer, so I couldn’t begin to say where that may begin or end, but I find it a lot more plausible than WotC publishing a magazine for this long without catching on to something this blatant.
Nothing about the license allows it to apply disparately to WotC as opposed to the rest of us.
