     5. Go ahead and create your own MUD, MUSH, or even video
game, but (i) don't use any of our illustrations and (ii)
don't try to make any money from it.

Will the TSR policy of "don't try to make any money from it" still apply?

By "based on 3e rules" I mean the concepts and rules released as
OGL content. I am not interested in reusing any text/art or
identifying the mud with any trademarks/logos. One can use
the OGL content and try to make money from a paper and pencil
game but not a MUD?

I don't mind giving credit where its due and telling people who
like the MUD to go buy a Player's Handbook (PHB). But I do want
to have the *option* to make money whether it is from ads or
subscription fees. If anything, a successful MUD would inspire
some people to buy the PHB. On the otherhand, if the pointy head
bosses (phb, no caps ;) at WotC decide that MUDs are an area where
they want to stifle independents then it would be nice to know up
front instead of after six months of late nights.
