I hate being nitpicky, but I feel compelled in this case. Technically,
anything WotC produces under the OGL they retain copyright to, but the OGL
would force them to grant certain uses of the copyrighted material. This
material would be acceptable for use in an OGL work.
Of course, we aren't sure they'll bother producing anything under the OGL.
