That depends on my understanding of the D20 rules. I'm not entirely sure
about open vs. closed or public vs. proprietary parts, and where OGL vs. d20
fits in. It's still confusing me, but the lack of control over the english
language (I'm dutch) might cause that.

Professional writers? No. Experienced amateur writers? Yes.
