How is this even possible, it's not like you can apply the OGL to the RPG
industry, just those that decide to use it.  Your not removing gray areas
from anything but the OGL.

And I find your intent somewhat disturbing anyway.  It sounds like the "WOTC
Giant" wants to step up and decree the law to all other game companies.  You
may not intend it that way, but that is how it comes across to this reader.
