CONCERN: Does this mean that the D20 system is not OGC?

WORDING: "Consideration" is passive and does not apply to a "You" in the
sentence. change to... "As a result of Your agreeing to use this License,
Contributors..."

WORDING: Circular, IMO ... change to "If You contribute material as Open
Game Content, You represent that Your Contributions are Your original reation
and/or you have sufficient rights to grant the rights conveyed by this
Lisence"

CONCERN: Does this mean in 50 years or so OGC could have a 500 page OGL...
as an example? Maybe I'm reading this wrong.

WORDING/CONCERN: This isn't clear. Does this mean that all OGC is subject
to all forms of OGL or just the OGL it was created under? This clause, as
written, could cause a lot of problems in the future, IMO. I think OGC and
ANY OGC based on it should be subject to the OGL it/they were created under.
