CONCERN:  Does this mean that the D20 system is not OGC?

WORDING:  Circular, IMO ... change to "If You contribute material as Open

Lisence"

CONCERN:  Does this mean in 50 years or so OGC could have a 500 page OGL... 
as an example? Maybe I'm reading this wrong.

WORDING/CONCERN:  This isn't clear.  Does this mean that all OGC is subject 
to all forms of OGL or just the OGL it was created under?  This clause, as 
written, could cause a lot of problems in the future, IMO.  I think OGC and 
ANY OGC based on it should be subject to the OGL it/they were created under.
