dialogue, incidents, language, artwork, symbols, designs, depictions,
likenesses, formats, poses, concepts, themes and graphic, photographic and
other visual or audio representations of, relating to and associated with
the game mechanic.  (f)“Proprietary Content” means the methods, procedures,
processes, routines, source code, assembly code and object code to the
extent such software or content does not embody the Product Identity and is
an enhancement over the prior art. (g) “Proprietary Trademark” means the
logos, names, mark, sign, motto, designs that are used by Contributors to
identify itself or its products or the associated products contributed to
the Open Game License by the Contributor. (h) “Use” means to use, copy,
edit, format, modify, translate and otherwise create Derivative Technology
of Proprietary Content. (i) “You” or “Your” means the licensee in terms of
this agreement.
