First, I haven't had any problem with the language that wasn't clarified by the
discussions held here -- that's the reason for the list, I think.
Second, there's certainly nothing preventing a group of like mindedgamers from
coming up with their own OGL -- and paying for their own legal council to
examine.
Third, the slight Wizard bias doesn't bother me as it is their game they're using
for their version of the OGL.
