It sounds very good, and looks like you have covered most of the bases.

This may sound a bit premature, however, it has probably already been
discussed.  Will their be a FAQ, or Idiots Guide to the OGL?  I can
understand it pretty much fine, however, will the OGFoundation provide
something on that end?  That way, you don't need a lawyer to interpret
everything?  That way also we have an idea of the intent of each section of
the OGL.
