Whoa.  Ethics.  *Very* much in the realm of an opinion, but a *somewhat* 
valid one,

... philosophically I agree (to a certain extent) with the sentiment, I have 
to disagree emphatically with the execution, as the OGL (through the use of 
"closed" portions, "proprietary content" and "shaded boxes") does not FULLY 
provide this freedom either.

So the ethical argument, although a very good point, is not 100% valid 
(perhaps 20% or 30%) because it presents the OGL as just "the lesser of two 
evils" in this respect.

I would, however, be willing to concede the point 100% if the OGL was 
written like the GNU License.
