Apology accepted - very easy to "lose the thread" on hight traffic days like 
this.  I agree with all of your other points, also.  My only intention with 
this thread is to compare the "online use policy" with the "OGL" for 
FANboys.

If your intention is to MIX genres/systems, or GO PRO, then without a doubt 
you should be using the OGL.
