That seems a reasonably lightweight approach to me.  In fact, instead of
cluttering up a product with all the verbosity of the D20STL (which I >will<
be simplifying; gar-un-teed after seeing how big it was in Death in
Freeport!), we could probably get away with a blanket permission statement
on the web site saying that if you publish a product containing Open Game
Content and the complete text of the Open Game License, you'd have our
permission in perpetuity and without restriction to use the OGL logo...
