The LICENSE CONTAINS PERMISSION TO REPRINT ITSELF.  YOU DO NOT REQUIRE ANY
ADDITIONAL PERMISSIONS FROM WOTC.

I wish some of you would >stop< looking for a conspiracy to screw you where
there isn't one.
