And here's where the conspiracy theories begin. The Role Playing Companies,
aided by the Lawyers and controlled by the Gnomes Of Zurich, require that
you include the liscense -- but then say that, to include the license, you
must have the permission of WOTC, which, presumably, they would withhold
when their bottom line is threatened by the OGL.

What needs to be clarified is that "Permission is automatically granted to
include this license" as well as "Including this license is mandatory".
