This is, I believe, new. Can anyone confirm?

Though, with this clause in effect, it clearly DOES mean I can't publish
a random novel and stamp the D20 logo on it. But I could publish a novel
that included stats for the main characters in D20 terms, and stamp the
D20 logo on it.
