No.
Here's why: If we do that, and someone relies on that presentation but gets
sued anyway, the Foundation (re: me) is going to be named as a party to the
lawsuit. I have zero interest in defending something I had nothing to do
with creating in court. Same deal with Wizards.
This is a serious issue involving real laws, real money, and other people's
real lawyers. If you want to create a commercial product, it is worth your
time to spend a few hundred dollars to have an attorney work with you to
understand the terms of the license.
