The text in question was designated in the COPYRIGHT NOTICE which requires that the copyright notice be copied verbatim.  In this case it is perfectly fine to say "Wizards of the Coast" according to the terms of the OGL.

Let me get this straight.. you can't say "Wizards of the Coast" without permission in order to give them credit for something which is their copyright?

That's just rediculous logic right there.       (never mind the rediculous spelling of rediculous)
