And what field of law do you practice? What's your identifying
information so we can contact your local bar association, in case we
learn you're dispensing inaccurate legal advice? I'd be happy to bounce
this off of some of my relatives, to see what THEY think of the idea that
contracts and licenses can be unilaterally terminated at will.
Your biggest problem is that you are confusing instances with repetition:
even your example shows that flaw. Allow a given instance of use is by
no means a carte blanche to allow additional instances. But once you say
someone can make something, you can't turn around and demand they unmake
it. You're SOL, you gave permission -- with a few weird exceptions (i.e.
total transferal of rights vs. free use of the those rights), as I
understand the issue.
