K.  So the copyright notice should be in the final part of the OGL (wherever 
I put it), not in the readme file.

Open Game License v 1.0 Copyright 2000, Wizards of the Coast, Inc.  The 
Craft of the Mind, version 0.9, Copyright 2000 Doug Meerschaert.

(The "version 0.9" is merely for my own purposes, and I could [and probably 
should] replace it with a "v 0.9" or somesuch, but anyone else who uses it 
in their own product has to release it exactly as I say... cool.)
