My first personal opinion is that a closed-rights copyrighted FAQ for an
Open developent project is an oxymoron. That's why there's no link to it
from the Foundation page.
My second personal opinion is that sending this list a message making a
public complaint about someone else's use of your copyright is like standing
up in the middle of class and shouting that someone's peeking at your test.
Nobody's going to suggest that you shouldn't complain about someone else
cheating, but most people are going to wonder why you had to let everyone in
on the problem when it's none of our business and we're most likely not
interested.
