You can, the only requirement being that you'll have to decide how to
present the Open Gaming Content you'll be using in a way that complies with
the license terms.  The easiest way to do this is to place the portion of
your code that uses OGC under an Open Source license, but the actual
mechanics have yet to be hammered out in practice.
