Of course, there's always the school of thought that says "Why the hell is
this even an issue? Can't people come up with original names for their
products and use the d20 logo agreements where necessary?" This whole line
of arguement circles like a flushed piece of #2 around one, very silly,
arguement: that some small-time publisher, in an attempt to get 200 or 2000
sales instead of 50, is going to try to apprehend the name d20 System on
legal grounds.
