Ok, I'm stumped.

Is it possible to have material that is not convered by the OGL in a product
/ work that contains OGL'd content? Does it matter if the work is
"predominantly" OGL or not?

There are some very legitimate uses for this--an OGL designer could include
his "inspiration notes" which refer to other trademarks, or a non-OGL game
company could include OGL'd conversion notes.

AND, of course, there are potentally abusive uses--like having game rules
that you don't want OGL'd as them. (This is only *potentially* abusive.
What if someone creates something for use with a non-OGL system, but wants
to OGL the new content he created?)
