He means entirely outside the scope of the OGL.  Meaning he doesn't have to
abide by the trademark or other restrictions in the material that is merely
bundled with but not actually part of the OGL work.  I thought the entire
'product' 3D2K was covered by the OGL, even though only about 10% of it was
OGC.  Or am I mistaken?
