I can't comment about that, because the specific case in question might, or might not trigger some response from the trademark holders depending on whether they felt their marks had been misappropriated or diluted. It has been the general policy of Wizards of the Coast to treat most editorial mention of their marks as benign, though from time to time we have sent official correspondance to various publishers in regards to their use of our marks, and have on the whole encountered few problems in getting the changes we were seeking.
