Hi gang. I apologize for this post, but it struck me as SO funny and
slightly applicable that I just couldn't resist. Quoted from
www.themestream.com, article by Donald Markstein regarding the uses of math
in language.

Postulate 1: Knowledge is Power.
Postulate 2: Time is Money.
Definition (known to all physicists and engineers): Power = Work/Time.

Replacing equivalent values, we get: Knowledge = Work/Money.
We can easily see that as Knowledge approaches zero, Money approaches
infinity.
Which might explain why politicians and corporate executives get paid the
way they do.

Hey, wait a minute, I'm a corporate executive! Now I know why I don't get
paid the big bucks, I have too much knowledge!
