I can't see how WotC (or their legal department) would decide that,
especially in light of the precedent of their allowing this in recently
published material. Sure, anyone can file suit for anything, but it would be
a tough legal argument, I would think. Thankfully, WotC has been gracious
enough to allow us to do just that (props to Peter, in particular), and even
with their legal department sending us the required textual legal disclaimer
to use.
