Well what few gamers I've found in my very limited circle of friends in
this area (being a working 30yo instead of a college student means my
introduction to new people is pretty limited, especially only having lived
in this region for a year) tend to play a custom system thats pretty much
d6 based. Its a custom set of rules thats loosely a hybrid of Champions
and GURPS. They don't seem to have a high opinion of White Wolf though
they seem to view it higher then 3e/d20 and about equal with 1st/2nd
edition AD&D. I've not even broached Palladium system with them (though
they've mentioned not liking Palladium Fantasy). I'd like to find some
people interested in D&D3e in my area, and even better would be those
willing to help work out a d20 system set in a magic/fantasy environment
but with 'furry' races and new classes instead of the tried and true
classes and races.
