Um, as I recall, Wizards announced on their web site that Dune d20 had
licensing issues and would not be produced in the foreseeable future.  It
may well be that they didn't have the staff to resolve those issues, and
that was the real reason for shelving the project, but that doesn't make the
eBay claim (sensationalistic as it might be) an outright lie.
