Not really a "licensing" problem. WoTC cancelled the whole Dune project,
so there isn't going to be a D20 Dune book released by WoTC. So the LUG
book, which I believe is the last product released with a LUG logo on it,
is the only Dune RPG book out there. Its not a bad book, and would be
extremely easy to convert to D20. In fact, some of the "notes" inside the
book say that the next edition will be a D20 version, and that WoTC will
have a set of D20 conversion guidelines available soon. Since neither is
going to happen, it kinda drives home the point about making statements in
a book about a future product that hasn't even shipped to the printer yet.
