Yes but it takes Power Attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, Expertise, Improved
Trip, and Knockdown (6 Feats) to get the effect we discussed. Many of the
feats were almost as powerful with one or two feats and no prerequisites.
And if you take all of those feats you are pretty much a one trick pony.
Great for slaughter against lesser foes but you have nothing for real
opponents.

I did not think any of them were much more overpowered than, say, the Power
Attack + Great Cleave + Improved trip combination. Pretty damn close to
unplayable.
