True, and I agree.  I am learning that scoping the pre-requisites is perhaps 
the most important part of feat design.  What the "NETBOOK" needed (IMHO) 
was some editing to effectively scope the feats and design appropriate 
prerequisites.

Agreed for Great Cleave, but for a strong fighter, Power Attack and Improved 
Trip will help a LOT against all levels of opponents, provided they are 
size=medium  and not significantly stronger than you.  As you go UP in 
level, power attack can become a MAJOR component of your damage - it can 
equal or exceed the amount of weapon+strength damage you do on every hit, 
and virtually assure an improved trip attack on EVERY successful hit, 
effectively doubling your attacks.

OC against monsters & larger than man-sized creatures, the only one of these 
feats with significant benefits is Power Attack.
