You might be able to do this, but using someone else's trademark without
permission carries certain risks that the d20 STL and the OGL were designed
to eliminate. You would not be entitled to use anything in the SRD if you
went this route.

No. If you use the OGL, then the entire work must fall under the OGL. This
includes 'bundled' products, which are separate books sold as a single
package. You cannot have a work that is non compliant with the d20 STL
bundled with a work that bears the d20 mark and is compliant with the d20
STL.
