Your right that the name really isn't what is important.  Which is really
why people were suggesting you change it.  No sense courting possible
trouble over the name when the name isn't important.

I think your new choice is fine, altho I might pluralize one or the other.  
Especially if this is going to be a completely open work.  Once you
release it as open others can start fiddling with it for their own use.  
Calling it Lands of Legend implies recognition that differences will
develop through use.  You could then create some sublicense if you want to
maintain some control over the official version and provide people with a
means of asserting that they are using this version rather than just
taking the OGC you provide.
