why?
specifically, why is it called "free20"?  why not just use the OOGL, 
which *requires* you to have an open-content work?  remember, *any* 
game can be licensed under the WOGL.  in fact, given the stricture of 
some components of D20SRD possibly being designated PI (we don't know 
yet), an all-free game is likely *not* to be based on D20, so why a 
"20" in the name of a label intended to designate free gaming 
materials?  given that i'm not likely to produce anything that is 
based on either WotC's D20 system, or a d20-based mechanic of any 
sort, why would i want to give it the misleading label of "free20", 
which will almost certainly make gamers think of D20?
