As it was, I wasn't even sure what WOGL was being refered to, but I had an idea that it might be that. Using WOGL without explaining what it means should be at best avoided (atleast to avoid confusion). If the original poster mentioned that WOGL means "Wizards' Open Gaming License", I was not aware.
