Ryan,

I always thought that a trademark had to be something used basically as a
brand or character or company identifier.  I don't see how Dungeon Master was
used in this manner.  Was it somehow because of the cartoon?   When you said
you wanted to clear it up or whatever, is that becuase you question the
usefulness of having it "locked up" OGL-wise or because you wonder about the
validity of it as a trademark?  

[I don't think voicing an opinion on this would undermine the validity of the
trademark since it is registered and you don't speak for the legal team at
Wizards, but if you can't you can't...]
