Were you on the list when Ryan sent out the "Nasty Letter"? WotC
is planning/doing a review of books using the OCL/d20STL on a
yearly basis. Clearly defined PI and OGC is required by the OGL,
so those who aren't clear will most likely be hearing from them at
review time.

The clarity of properly marked OGC will eventually clear itself up as
time goes on. Eventually it should all be clear. Unfortunately, your
definition of crippled is not against what is laid out in the OGL, but
hopefully that too will disappear as time goes on. While distasteful,
it is allowed by the OGL....

Perhaps such companies should/could provide a list of generic
type names for things that they "cripple", and then still use their
unique names in their products (with the generic name in
parenthesis).
