AFAIK, Ryan has in the past been unable to go out on a limb because he 
was a WotC agent--and now that he isn't, he's not saying a lot more for 
pretty much the same reasons.  WotC won't say yes or no until someting 
shows up--just as with a for-print item.

The few software items that HAVE come up have been commented upon.
