Ryan- Did we ever finish discussing the ramifications of OGC distributed through the ASP software model? IIRC, an opinion was voiced that said a server-side application did not constitute 'distribution' of OGC, so only the HTML output of the application needed to be covered by the OGL. Is this what you remember? If that is the case, then OGC software could be created using the ASP model, even commercial software.
