unless, of course, you want the creatures to behave the same way from one scenario to another. if the *only* thing that is consistent about a monster featured in two different scenarios is the stat block, i think it rather defeats the point of there being any consistency--why not just make up a new stat block, too? and, IMHO, it undermines the point of RPing. for me, the part that needs to be consistent is what the characters see--much of which is wrapped up in the descriptions that are currently not being released. i only care slightly if the part that the game mechanics see remains consistent.
