It'll be interesting to see what WoTC comes back with but I see two
possible problems. My opinion is not authoritative, of course, just
trying to be helpful...

You actually use the term "Dungeon Master" in the logo at the top of the
home page. This term is trademarked. You also have a "project downloads"
page that supposedly has content taken straight from the PHB and MM. I
don't think it matters that it was compiled by fans, you're still
distributing copyrighted material.

I haven't gone through the other material to see if it's all from the
SRD, but you'd want to look out for anything that comes straight from
the core rulebooks.
