Without actually downloading these add-ons, I would hazard a guess the
following might cause problems:

Monsters - Updated 12/19/01
The monsters from the Monster Manual:

Spells - Updated 12/19/01
The spells from the Player's Handbook:

Skills - Updated 12/19/01
The skills from the Player's Handbook:

Feats - Updated 12/10/01
The spells from the Player's Handbook:


Since the Players Handbook is copyrighted, that seems to most obvious
violation.  If those items are actually from the SRD, then you would be best
off to rename them to reflect such. (of course, the standard IANAL
disclaimer applies, etc..)
