Still not the case.  The OGC, once published, is out there for EVERYone's
consumption.  So what if WotC puts them in their books under the purported
V4.0?  They were released before that version, I can cite that version,
re-release under that version, and WotC can't do a thing about it.

Oh yeah, forgot that part of my evil conspiracy theorist version of the far
future.

Hasbro then hires a team of editors working in third world country sweat
shops for minimum wage to take everyone else's OGC and re-release it under
the OGL 4.0 so that they now 'officially' own all the OGC out there, etc
etc...
