The Open Gaming Exchange is host to the "Open Gaming Directory" -- which is
making an effort to catalog all OGC in products released under the OGL.

It is available to browse here ==>

The entire system for entering data is web-based, and is available to anyone
who has an account on my website (free) who requests permission. At some
point in the near future, when I have time, it will be opened so that any
body can contribute entrees.

As it stands now, the actual Open Gaming Content, is not present -- instead
a description of the content is given, information on obtaining the product
is present, and links to reviews (some on our site: <shameless-plug>Check

By providing only a description of the OGC, and not the actual OGC itself,
we side step the OGL altogether and are essentially providing a review via
Fair-Use.
