I would find such a resource invaluable. Part of the value of the OGL is that developers would not need to reinvent the wheel quite so much. Being able to see what other people have done, and build on it, would mean the work I produce would be truly original, not just the same thing another designer already thought of. And in the situations where there are multiple valid ways to do something (Ritual magic, for example), having several different examples already there makes it easier to find the system which is right for your product, or to justify making a new one.
