I guess it's also worth asking this other question, aside from the sort of 
philosophical and legal matters that I've already brought up:

Would people (such as the cross-section of the population on this list) 
find an OGC repository like the one I've been discussing useful / valuable?

Please note that I'm not asking this so much from a marketing perpective or 
whatever ("how much would you expect to pay for this valuable service?"), 
as an attempt to understand the way OGC is produced, used, and thought of.

In particular, it seems that, to date, everyone pretty much has their own 
product line, and there isn't that much cross-polination going on. Content 
flows from the SRD to each publisher, and then to the customer. I imagine 
that those consumers do aggregate bits of content from many different 
sources into their own games (I do), but the ability to use and share that 
which others produce doesn't seem to be one that many take advantage of 
outside their own games.

Is that image accurate? Do those of you who produce these products foresee 
doing much reuse of content in the future? Would an archive of all content 
be something anyone would use?
