As someone else said, the term "closed content" doesn't have meaning in the license. Also, it isn't accurate to state that some of your book is not released under the terms of the Open Gaming License. The simplest way to describe your use of the OGL is probably something along these lines: "Copyright 2002 Michael Cortez.
