We are currently working on a product that gives no (or very little) new
rules, but instead uses an existing OGC rule set published by another
company. I didn't see any point in reinventing the wheel (so to speak) when
there was a perfectly acceptable rule set out there....plus in the long run
hopefully it will benefit both of us.
