I think this flows a little better: 5. The following items are all used by specific permission of Sword & Sorcery Studios: [list items from other books]. This content is derived from the Creature Collection, Creature Collection 2: Dark Menagerie, and Relics & Rituals, all published by Sword & Sorcery Studios, and is designated as Product Identity herein if it was so designated in the original work. OR 5. The following listed content is derived from the Creature Collection, Creature Collection 2: Dark Menagerie, and Relics & Rituals, all published by Sword & Sorcery Studios, and is designated herein as Product Identity if it was so designated in the original work. These items are used here by specific permission of Sword & Sorcery Studios: [list items from other books]. I agree, though, with what you said in an earlier message about needing to have access to these three books to determine what is or is not PI. Especially now that I've picked up a copy of R&R myself, and noticed that all of the spell names are declared as PI -- you wouldn't be safe just by avoiding proper nouns and "story" elements. It would be really nice, Clark, if there were some way to avoid needing to refer to other materials (with much more complicated statements of PI).
